This is a beautiful framed piece of art. The Frame measures - 13.5x170.5x2.5 The frame does have some condition issues with a small chips on the top corners. Please see photos. Also the top of the glass under the frame seems to be chipped
I believe the signature is RV Graham 1860
But it is somewhat unclear.
